As part of the Saudi Exchange Company, Securities Clearing Centre Company (Muqassa) and Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) keenness to involve all concerned and interested parties to participate and share their observations on the regulatory frameworks for its market, the Saudi Exchange Company, Securities Clearing Centre Company (Muqassa) and Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) announces the publishing of the Draft Amendments to the Exchange Rules and Procedures for public consultation, which can be viewed through the following links:
