Muqassa, the Securities Clearing Center Company “Muqassa” congratulates you on the occasion of the Saudi Founding Day, and would like to announce that Saudi Founding Day Holiday for Cash Market Clearing, Derivatives Market, and Repurchase Agreement (REPO) will commence at the end of Thursday 19 of February 2026 (2 of Ramadan 1447). Accordingly, clearing will be as follows:

-    Clearing will discontinue at the end of trading day on Thursday 19th of February 2026 (2 of Ramadan 1447).
-    Clearing will resume after the Founding Day Holiday on Monday 23rd of February 2026 (6 of Ramadan 1447).
